How many times do you find that you know something needs to change or you want more in life, your business or career but you don’t know where to start?

Set Your One Goal
The one thing to focus on is key in getting the results you want. When we are moving and developing new items or projects before truly developing a plan for one of them overload take place. Use the goal identifier worksheet to keep track of the one goal you will be working on. You will find you knowing your who, what, how and why will develop that clear path. We all have tasks we need to get done, but in order to take control of the overwhelm you should know where they need to be placed.
By using my D.E.A.R. System you will find it easier to identify the “purpose” of the task.
Go through your list of tasks on a daily basis and decide where they fall into the system.
Delegate: If they need to be delegated, code it “D” and get rid of it—indicate who you will give it to.
Execute: If they need to be executed, code it “E” and get it done. If not that day, go into your planner and write down which day it will take place.
Automate: If they can be automated code it “A” and get it in the process. Always have a plan of action, don’t leave it up to chance that you will do it in the future. Your future self will always be busy.
Recycle: If it doesn’t fit, code it “R”. Recycle, the task can go through this process once, then it you have to get rid of it or take action on it.
When you continuously dwell on decisions or tasks, it becomes wasted energy. Make it happen and take action.
